Use this account to access all product purchases, such as presets, actions, overlays, and marketing kits. 

Accounts are not automatically created when a product order is placed. If you’d like to create an account that is linked to your orders, select the login icon located at the top, right side of the www.theluxelens.com homepage. Then, select Sign up to create a new account. Make sure that the email you sign up with is the same email used to place your orders. Not sure? Reach out to our team at support@theluxelens.com to send you an account creation invite! 

To log in, click the ACCOUNT icon on the top right of the Luxe Lens site menu: 

Once logged in, you'll see your order history and a link that reads "My Downloadable Files" on the left under your name and email! 

Are you looking for an old purchase?

We typically host files on our server for ~2 years. We retire collections as new trends, software updates, and software features evolve our offerings. Thus, we ALWAYS recommend backing up your files at time of purchase to a secure external hard drive or cloud storage solution! Reach out to our team at support@theluxelens.com for more info.
