Why is my card being declined?
When you receive a declined card error regarding a zip/postal code mismatch or insufficient funds, these reports come directly from your bank. If you believe that these reports are in error, we highly recommend reaching out to your banking institution to best determine the cause of the specific error you are receiving.
Additionally, the payment portal we use is highly-tuned to prevent fraudulent purchases, and we have no control over the specific safety checks that may be denying your payment method. In the meantime, you can always make your purchases using PayPal!
Why does it look like I've been charged?
Unfortunately, some banks will put a hold on your card for the purchase amount, even if the payment is declined. In these cases we DO NOT receive any funds or record of your order, as our system will not accept funds in the case of a zip/postal code or other payment error. If your bank has placed a hold on your card in error, we recommend contacting them as quickly as possible to remove the hold and to confirm the zip or postal code associated with your card or resolve other possible errors.
