STEP 1: Receive Your Download Email

Once you've made your purchase you will immediately have the option to download the product(s) from the final purchase page and you will also receive a download email shortly after. If for any reason you don't receive this email immediately please reach out to us at support@theluxelens.com. There may be a problem with the email that you originally provided. 

Click the download link in your email, navigate to the correct file type for your software, and download your new files. 

STEP 2: Unzip Downloaded Files

All of our products come packaged within zip files, we recommend that you store these in a safe place on your computer or on an external hard drive for future use. All product purchases are limited to three lifetime downloads, so safe keeping is highly recommended.

If your computer does not already have the ability to unzip these file types then you will need to download a free unarchiving application.

We recommend Keka for Mac and PeaZip for Windows. (Windows 10 has a built-in option). 

To unzip your files: 

On Windows: Right-click on the downloaded zip files and click "extract-all."

On Mac: Double click the downloaded zip files and your computer will automatically extract the files.

STEP 4: Find Your Lightroom Version

There are multiple methods for installing the ColorMade presets that depend on your version of Lightroom, so it's important to start off the installation process by finding out which version you will be using. 

Follow these instructions below to find your software version. Make note of your version for later steps.
