If you are on a Mac desktop or Laptop and discover that your preset downloads aren't downloading in ZIP format, this is likely due to an "Open safe files" setting in Safari! 

If Safari is unzipping your files at download, you can change this in Safari before trying your downloads again: 

1. Open Safari
2. Click Safari in the menu at the top of your screen
3. Click Settings or Preferences
4. Uncheck the checkbox next to Open “safe” files after downloading at the bottom of the "General" options:
   
5. Download your files once more!
