Immediately after your purchase, you will receive a download email. If you haven't received this email, check your spam folder and add us as a safe sender. If you still can't find it, please reach out to us at support@theluxelens.com. There may be a problem with the email that you originally provided.  

If you have trouble locating your Actions window in Elements 15-20, you can typically locate your actions window via Window > Actions from the top toolbar.

Alternatively, you can navigate directly to the installation location by following this file pathway on your computer:

Users --> Your Name --> Library --> Application Support --> Adobe --> Elements --> Presets --> Actions

Once located, you will place your ATN file(s) directly into this Actions folder to quickly install. Note: you will want to restart Elements if you install using this method.
